The following reports are produced after each online consultation:
Milestone Chart
The Milestone Chart is specific to the type of brain injury. This allows for a more precise developmental assessment. For example, there is a milestone chart for traumatic brain injury, one for motor delays, one for developmental delay, and so on. The milestone chart is a good visual snapshot of the current developmental status. At a glance you are able to see what milestones have been achieved so far (blue shading), and what have not yet been achieved (no shading).
Therapy Program
Details the new therapy program. It lists the activities to be performed, along with the number of times per day this routine needs to be carried out. It also provides detailed instructions for each of the therapy techniques. The Therapy Program is updated after each consultation.
